Where we ship

We supply buyers in North America, Europe, Australia and other export markets.

Trade terms

Our standard trade term is FOB Shenzhen (Incoterms®2020). CIF and DDP are available upon request if you prefer us to arrange carriage.

What happens under FOB Shenzhen

We deliver the goods on board the vessel nominated by you at the Port of Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou, as nominated), in accordance with FOB (Incoterms® 2020). Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are placed on board that vessel, and title passes to you at that same point. International freight, insurance, destination import duties and taxes are your responsibility and are not included in our quoted prices.

Lead time

Sampling normally takes about 7 days. For items we hold in stock, bulk production and dispatch take about 15–20 days after deposit receipt and written specification approval. For custom and OEM items, bulk production takes about 35–50 days after deposit receipt and written specification approval, subject to factory scheduling, order quantity and other considerations. All timelines exclude Chinese public holidays. We will confirm the estimated shipping date in writing on the proforma invoice.

Shipping documents

Each shipment comes with a commercial invoice and packing list. Material test reports are available for certain products. Samples may be provided upon request for your independent finished-product testing. If you require us to arrange testing and generate test reports on your behalf, all relevant testing fees shall be at your expense. Sample costs are set out in our Terms of service.

Delays

Where a delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, transport interruptions, port closures, labour strikes, customs holds or changes in applicable laws and regulations), we will notify you promptly and provide updates. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from such delay.
